Profile
Lorinda maintains a busy practice in civil as well as criminal matters. She conducts trials and appeals at all levels of Court including the Court of Final Appeal. On the civil side, she specializes in Matrimonial, Personal Injuries, Commercial, Land and Trust litigations and Injunction Applications. Notably, she acted for the petitioner in TCWF v LKKS (in CFI, CA and CFA) who was awarded ancillary relief award in excess of HK$202 million. She also appears regularly at the District Court and the High Court in criminal matters.
