Before joining the Bar, Mr. Leung was a Chief Engineer and has over 30 years of experience in design, construction, contract management and maintenance of Building Services installations. He is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in the disciplines of Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Marine and Naval Architecture, a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, a Fellow of Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers.

He was also a veteran property maintenance and management professional in his work as Chief Manager and Assistant Director involving Incorporation of Owners, compliance with BMO Cap 344, enforcement of DMC, building maintenance, improvement works and revitalization of aged properties.

He has provided legal advice involving compliance and contractual matters in engineering contracts and criminal matters. He specialises in providing advice in contractual and technical disputes, statutory and regulatory compliances in building services, electrical and mechanical installations, building maintenance and improvement works, lift maintenance and modernisation, project and property management.

Mr. Leung has also a strong interest in taking up advisory and defence work involving vehicle accidents, driving offences, industrial accidents, and forensic matters.
