Profile
Forest was called to the bar in 2013. He has acted as sole advocate in the Magistrates’ Courts, the District Court, the Family Court, the Lands Tribunal, the Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeal. Prior to his law practice, Forest had years of engineering and project management experience in the IT industry (banking systems) at AT&T and around 2 decades of China and International Trade experience.
In addition to his contentious work, Forest advised the developer of a real estate project of over AUD11 Million. He also advised the purchaser in a land sale in Hong Kong of over HKD510 Million. In 2021, he was commissioned by the Department of Justice to compile an updated Guide Book on Personal Injury Practice and Procedure.
