Profile
Alvin was called to the Bar in 2019 and is developing a broad civil and commercial practice, with a particular emphasis on land, company, insolvency, and Chinese customary law. He has appeared at various levels of courts, including the Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeal both as sole advocate and led junior. He has also advised on various commercial, company, land, art law and sports law matters.
Alvin is fluent in both oral and written Chinese and English. He has previously been instructed to appear in proceedings conducted in Chinese.
