Chris commenced full practice after completing his pupillage with Mr Phil Chau SC, Mr Yeung Ming-Tai MH, Mr Tony Ko and Mr Simon Wong.  He also served marshalship with the Hon Mr Justice Zervos JA and Coleman J previously.  

Prior to joining the Bar, Chris practised as a Certified Practising Accountant in Australia and had both public practice and in-house experience. He was a Senior Accountant in a Sydney-based Chartered Accountants’ firm, where he advised on trusts and companies structuring, tax and financial planning, and was often engaged in providing auditing and assurance services. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner with expertise in risk management and compliance.

Besides practice, Chris keeps a keen interest in teaching and sharing where he gives lectures and talks in seminars and universities.  He was appointed the course convenor in a Hong Kong university and is currently a part-time Teaching Assistant for the Master of Accounting program at the University of Hong Kong.  He also continues to contribute as a coach and arbitrator in the Vis Moot, where he attained outstanding achievements during his legal studies.

Chris is developing a broad practice across the full spectrum of criminal and civil matters and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ works.  He is capable of providing written submissions and conducting hearings in English and Chinese.
