Profile
Clemence has broad experience in commercial litigation. As a solicitor (Clifford Chance 1993-1997) his experience was mainly in banking disputes, in particular those concerned with documentary credits. As Counsel (Call 1997) he has acted for parties in a broad range of civil claims, including a developer in a substantial judicial review. He has given professional presentations on many different topics (covering both law and practice), and has authored a book on the law of unjust enrichment in Hong Kong.
